A coconut-forward dessert café that takes the island’s most abundant ingredient and actually does something interesting with it. The Cocoo Snow bowls (shaved coconut ice with fresh local fruit) and the coconut Spanish latte are the two things worth coming for – not too sweet, properly made, and genuinely refreshing in the 32-degree heat.

The AC alone earns it points, but the interior is also well thought-out for a place this new (open roughly three months). Board games on the tables, cute sticker freebies with your order, and staff who seem to actually enjoy being there.
