Copacabana Siargao
Description
Copacabana sits on a quiet side street in General Luna, close enough to walk to Kermit, Barbosa, and La Mesa, far enough that you’ll actually sleep. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and decorated with some thought – this isn’t your generic concrete box. Hot water works, WiFi holds up, and the electricity is reliable (a bigger deal than it sounds on this island).
The staff – Billy, Yna, Erwin, and crew – are the real reason this place rates so high. They arrange transfers, book activities, rent you a motorbike, and do it all without making you feel like a burden. The ‘Artcafé’ side adds a bit of character that most accommodation in this price range skips entirely.
A few caveats: roosters don’t read your check-in time, the access road gets muddy when it rains, and at least one solo traveler had bathroom drainage issues. Go in with realistic expectations for a boutique stay on a tropical island and you’ll land somewhere between satisfied and genuinely happy.
