Sunday Siargao
Description
Sunday Siargao runs a Japanese-leaning menu now (it wasn’t always that way, and some longtime fans are still grieving the old one), but the rice bowls – beef, karaage chicken, teriyaki salmon – are genuinely good and priced fairly. The 50/50 coffee gets mentioned constantly for a reason. Order it.
The pool is the real differentiator. You eat, you swim, you order another coffee. That’s the whole move, and it works. Portions skew smaller, which matters if you just came off a full surf session.
Card payments only (bring your card, not your cash), staff are consistently warm, and the place stays quiet enough to actually hold a conversation. Good outlet access if you need to work, and they give out free cookies which, yes, people notice.
