eMotion rents eBikes for getting around the island without a motorcycle license, and runs guided eSkate tours through roads most visitors never find. The sea scooter (PHP 499) lets you fly underwater at Coco Space – more powerful than it looks, though reviewers are right that full throttle burns the battery fast.

The eSkate tours are the standout here. Complete beginners are the target market, not an afterthought – guides are patient, the remote-controlled boards handle the hills for you, and the sunset route gets you away from the General Luna crowd. (One reviewer credits it with improving their surf balance, which tracks.)

Coco Space doesn’t serve food or drinks on Sundays, so if you want to combine the sea scooter with a meal, book any other day of the week.
